Research
Research is to discover new knowledge and Seek answers to questions. Research can be processed by following the “E-C-E cycle” concepts. A brief detail of the “E-C-E cycle” is given below:
- Exploratory research: You have to identify the topic and find a new problem (research question i.e. a new question with no answer in existing literature) by doing the literature survey.
- Constructive research: Give a Hypothesis formulation by studying the literature survey to propose a new method/solution for your findings. Hypothesis formulation means: providing a (possible) answer to the research question which can be found through the literature survey and formulating a hypothesis based on your solution.
- Empirical research: Implement the proposed method and perform experiments to test the hypothesis, and Give a comparative study between existing methods and the proposed method to justify that your solution is better in comparison to existing.
Finally, you can conclude your work and if needed you can repeat the steps of the “E-C-E cycle”
